Cava Villa Shells

Cava Villa Conchi is a modern and elegant winery located in the heart of the Denomination of Origin Cava, in Catalonia. It is born as a tribute to Conchi, a contemporary, vital and wine-loving woman, symbol of the sophisticated and fresh spirit that defines the brand. Its vineyards are located in medium altitude areas, where the varieties Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada and Chardonnay ripen slowly, preserving freshness and aromatic balance. The winery bets on a precise and patient production, with a second bottle fermentation and a minimum aging of 12 months on lees, which gives a creamy texture and fine bubbles. Villa Conchi represents a new generation of cavas: refined, accessible and with an unmistakable Mediterranean identity.
