Founded with the objective of recovering and promoting local native varieties, the winery has become one of the modern references for quality txakoli.<\/p><p data-start=\"583\" data-end=\"989\">Its vineyards extend along Atlantic-origin slopes, with clayey soils and a cool, humid climate, ideal conditions for growing <strong data-start=\"727\" data-end=\"746\">Hondarrabi Zuri<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"772\">Hondarrabi Zerratia<\/strong>, grapes that give personality to its wines.
